Change Order to Work Order 2a, Additional Training and documentation development
Project Objective: DataSplice will provide additional training and updated customized training materials.
DataSplice will provide onsite training for up to twelve Fort Collins designated resources. The training will
cover approved Stormwater functionality and changes to the User Interface.
Training
1. DataSplice will provide training onsite at a location to be named by the City of Fort Collins. The additional
training will support new and existing Stormwater functionality.
Deliverables:
1. Onsite Training with approved training materials
2. Provide refresher Train-the-Trainer Training to demonstrate any configuration UI changes.
Vendor Responsibilities: Provide training to selected City of Fort Collins trainers. Provide updated
training documentation.
City of Fort Collins Responsibilities: Coordinate Training room and Trainers, provide access to
DataSplice from a device (handheld, laptop, etc.). Record training sessions and distribute to City of Fort
Collins staff.
Assumptions:
1. DataSplice will train up to twelve Fort Collins resources
2. Additional training will be Stormwater based on approved configuration changes
