This proposal includes standard factory testing. These tests are standard routine test as defined by the latest ANSI standards. Certified test reports can be provided at no additional charge upon indication at time of purchase order placement. Price adders will be incurred per schedule for items such as witness testing, sraeciai tests, ir.snectians, etc. The proposed equipment is based on application at an altitude of 3,300 ft and below unless specifically noted in the design. For equipment rated at standard altitude and used in applications above this elevation, the transformer must be de -rated In accordance with applicable ANSI standards. 3. SHIPMENT NOTES Shipment will be made according to quoted lead times after complete order information is received by the factory, inclusive of approval/record type drawings when requestoo at time or order.
