HomeMy WebLinkAbout233381 FOSTER VALUATION COMPANY LLC - CONTRACT - RFP - 8605 APPRAISAL SERVICESOfficial Purchasing Document Last updated 3/2018 Page 1 of 1 AMENDMENT #01 AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND FOSTER VALUATION COMPANY This first Amendment (Amendment #01) is entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT COLLINS (the “City”) and FOSTER VALUATION COMPANY (the “Professional”). WHEREAS, the Professional and the City entered into an Agreement effective June 15, 2018 (the “Agreement”); and WHEREAS, Professional and the City desire to amend the Agreement to correctly reference all appraisers in the employ of the Professional who shall be authorized to perform work under the Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals and the mutual promises herein contained, the parties agree as follows: 1. Exhibit C - Scope of Services, Section A - General Information, the first paragraph is hereby revised and replaced as follows: During the term of this Agreement, the City will request Appraisal Services assignments on an as needed basis. Professional’s approved appraisers: W. West Foster, MAI, SR/WA; Sue Anne Foster, MAI, SRA; and Mike Smith, MAI, herein the “Appraiser” will perform the requested services under this Agreement. No other appraiser in the employ of the Professional may provide services under this Agreement without the express written permission of the City. Except as expressly amended by this Amendment #01, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Agreement and this Amendment #01, this Amendment #01 shall prevail.
