HomeMy WebLinkAboutSAVATREE, LLC - CONTRACT - BID - 8559 HOLIDAY LIGHTINGASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT Swingle Lawn Tree and Landscape Care, Inc., as Assignor, and SavATree, LLC, as Assignee, are parties transferring the following agreements from Swingle Lawn Tree & Landscape Care, Inc. to SavATree, LLC (hereinafter, the “Agreements”):  Holiday Lighting under City of Fort Collins Bid No. 8559  Tree Pruning and Removal under City of Fort Collins Bid No. 8503  Miscellaneous Tree Work under City of Fort Collins Bid No. 7613 Assignment Swingle Lawn Tree and Landscape Care, Inc., as Assignor, hereby assigns, transfers, and conveys unto SavATree, LLC, as Assignee, all rights, title, and interest of the Assignor in and to the Agreements. Assignor hereby agrees to continue to be liable for work as provided in the Agreements, and any other obligations related to this work as determined in the Agreements; and Assignee hereby accepts the assignment and agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Agreements including all obligations, duties, responsibilities, and liabilities thereunder.
