AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
AND ANYTIME LABOR - COLORADO LLC FOR ADJUSTING HOURLY
WAGE RATES FOR FLAGGING SERVICES
This Amendment #01 (“Amendment #01”) is entered into by and between Anytime Labor - Colorado
LLC, doing business as LaborMax Staffing (the “Service Provider”) and the City of Fort Collins, Colorado
(the “City”).
WHEREAS, the Service Provider and the City have entered into an Agreement dated April 29, 2015
(the “Agreement”); and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to retain reliable and consistent construction road flaggers for City
construction projects; and
WHEREAS, the parties agree to increase flagger wages rates;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals and the mutual promises herein
contained, the parties agree as follows:
1. The City agrees to pay the Service Provider $19.71 per hour for each flagger and the Service
Provider agrees to pay each flagger $13.00 per hour.
2. Overtime, as defined in the Agreement, will be paid at 1 and ½ normal rate, whereas the City
agrees to pay the Service Provider $29.57 per hour for each flagger, and the Service Provider
agrees to pay each flagger $19.50 per hour for all overtime work.
3. This revised rate change shall go into effect for any new work upon execution of this Amendment.
Except as expressly amended by this Amendment #01, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement
shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the
Agreement and this Amendment #01, this Amendment #01 shall prevail.
