1. Reason for change: Additional site work items to complete the construction the Reservoir
Drainage System project will require additional time.
2. Description of Change: Additional section of inlet wall.
3. Change in Contract Cost: $0.00
4. Change in Contract Time: With the new modification the contract final completion will change
from March 31, 2018 to August 30, 2018. Substantial completion has been achieved.
