PROJECT TITLE: WTF Chlorine Contact Basin Phase 3 Construction

DESCRIPTION:
1. Reason for change: City staff has requested modification of existing hatch to an alternative
cover. The CCB will need to be taken off line in order to accomplish the modification and the
next available opportunity will be in the Fall of 2018.
2. Description of Change: additional work items include removal of existing large hatch and the
installation of an alternative cover.
3. Change in Contract Cost: $0.00
4. Change in Contract Time: With the new modification the contract final completion will change
from March, 2018 to December 31, 2018. Substantial completion has been achieved.
