EXHIBIT 1 – QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Addendum 1 – 7612 Paratransit Services Page 2 of 2
1. Do you have any data on the number of trips to expect?
City of Fort Collins: 30,000 to 35,000 per year
City of Loveland: 10,000 to 15,000 per year
2. Is there a software requirement for scheduling/dispatching?
City of Fort Collins uses Trapeze PASS. The vendor will have the opportunity
to directly use City of Fort Collins’ Trapeze PASS licensing via VPN and
remote desktop. Alternative scheduling and dispatching solutions may be
considered provided City of Fort Collins is able to maintain independent
system administrative rights to directly audit and query vendor’s
database. City of Fort Collins would need to connect through a permanent
VPN connection or other mechanism to enter the vendor’s Windows domain
with no assistance from the vendor.
3. What is the expected start date and term length?
The expected start date would be determined during contracting. However,
the City of Fort Collins would anticipate commencement of hand-off to include
operational review, training, requirements compliance and other activities
within 30 days of contracting. Contract duration would be three years with the
opportunity for two additional one year extensions.
4. Is there a current provider that can be named?
Colorado Cab, a subsidiary of Veolia Transportation On-Demand is the
current provider.
