Do you have any data on the number of trips to expect? City of Fort Collins: 30,000 to 35,000 per year City of Loveland: 10,000 to 15,000 per year 2. Is there a software requirement for scheduling/dispatching? City of Fort Collins uses Trapeze PASS. The vendor will have the opportunity to directly use City of Fort Collins’ Trapeze PASS licensing via VPN and remote desktop. Alternative scheduling and dispatching solutions may be considered provided City of Fort Collins is able to maintain independent system administrative rights to directly audit and query vendor’s database. City of Fort Collins would need to connect through a permanent VPN connection or other mechanism to enter the vendor’s Windows domain with no assistance from the vendor. 3. What is the expected start date and term length? The expected start date would be determined during contracting. However, the City of Fort Collins would anticipate commencement of hand-off to include operational review, training, requirements compliance and other activities within 30 days of contracting. Contract duration would be three years with the opportunity for two additional one year extensions. 4. Is there a current provider that can be named? Colorado Cab, a subsidiary of Veolia Transportation On-Demand is the current provider.
