1. Reason for change: Due to the limited outdoor painting time, the artist will hire an additional
artist to help with the mural project.
2. Description of Change: We will add $150 to the Community Mural contract.
3. Change in Contract Cost: The additional $150 will be added to the contract to compensate for
an additional artist on the project for one painting day.
4. Change in Contract Time: The new contract deadline is November 30,2017 (If this Change
Order is not signed and completed, the deadline will remain October 1, 2017)
