DESCRIPTION: APP Project
1. Reason for change: The Artist will need additional time and funds to continue his work on the
Northside Neighborhood Projects. The remaining three art projects are:
Light Pole Artworks
Streets Park – Playground Feature (beet inspired)
Wayfinding Artworks along the trail
2. Description of Change: The artist will continue to work with the Project Team to develop the final
design, fabricate, and install the multiple art projects for the Northside Neighborhood Projects.
The artist will continue to work with the Project Team and work with subcontractors to
complete the required steps for the art projects.
If requested, the artist will illustrate the design options and final design.
Artist will oversee all aspects of the art projects.
Artist will oversee fabricators and fabrication and installation of the art projects, when
requested.
Artist will keep the APP Coordinator and Project Team informed on the progress of the
projects.
3. Change in Contract Cost: This will add an additional $6,000 to the design contract.
4. Change in Contract Time: The new design contract deadline is June 1, 2018
