SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR THE
WATER MODELING SYSTEM UPGRADE
This Second Amendment to the Professional Service Agreement between the CITY OF FORT
COLLINS and STANTEC CONSULTING SERVICES INC., is entered into by and between
Stantec Consulting Services Inc., (the “Professional”) and the City of Fort Collins, Colorado
(the “City”).
WHEREAS, the Professional and the City have mutually entered into a Professional Services
Agreement to upgrade the City’s raw water modeling system with a commencement date of
March 29, 2017 (the “Agreement”); and
WHEREAS, the Professional and the City extended the Professional Services agreement for
an additional three (3) month period ending November 30, 2017 by the First Amendment dated
September 14, 2017; and
WHEREAS, the Professional and the City desire to extend the Agreement to continue to work
together.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals and the mutual promises herein
contained, the parties agree as follows:
1. Contract Period. In accordance with the terms of the Agreement, the parties agree to
extend the Agreement for an additional four (4) month period ending March 30, 2018.
2. The parties wish to correct a typo in Section C, Time & Budget, paragraph 1 as follows:

Except as expressly amended by this Second Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement as amended by Amendment #01 shall remain in full force and effect.
