DESCRIPTION: APP Project
1. Reason for change: The Artist will continue his work on the McMurry Bridge Railing
Project.
2. Description of Change: The artist will continue to work with the Project Team to develop the
final design, fabricate, and install the bridge railing on the McMurry Bridge Project.
The artist will work with a Structural Engineer to get signed/stamped
drawings for the bridge railing design. Artist will contact this Engineer to
review the first fabricated panel.
If requested, the artist will illustrate the design and depict the full length of
the bridge railing, for both sides of the bridge.
Artist will oversee all aspects of the bridge railing project.
Artist will oversee fabricators and fabrication and installation of the bridge
railing project.
Artist will work with the APP Coordinator and Project Team and keep them
informed on the progress of the project.
3. Change in Contract Cost: This will add an additional $4,349 to the design contract.
4. Change in Contract Time: The new design contract deadline is October 6, 2017
