PROJECT TITLE: McMurry Bridge Project CONTRACTOR: Mario Miguel Echevarria PROJECT NUMBER: PURCHASE ORDER NO.: 9157068 DESCRIPTION: APP Project 1. Reason for change: The Artist will continue his work on the McMurry Bridge Railing Project. 2. Description of Change: The artist will continue to work with the Project Team to develop the final design, fabricate, and install the bridge railing on the McMurry Bridge Project.  The artist will work with a Structural Engineer to get signed/stamped drawings for the bridge railing design. Artist will contact this Engineer to review the first fabricated panel.  If requested, the artist will illustrate the design and depict the full length of the bridge railing, for both sides of the bridge.  Artist will oversee all aspects of the bridge railing project.  Artist will oversee fabricators and fabrication and installation of the bridge railing project.  Artist will work with the APP Coordinator and Project Team and keep them informed on the progress of the project. 3. Change in Contract Cost: This will add an additional $4,349 to the design contract. 4.
