from an Alternative Analyis study to a Selected Plan. (see attached

2. Description of Change: Additional funding is necessary to move this study to a selected plan
by updating costs for all master plan improvements. This additional
funding also includes paying for out of scope items from the
previous study as discussed in the attached change orde
