Assmanns WRPE restraint system is being provided in lieu of the integral molded hold down lugs specified 1.04 SUBMITTALS 1.03.I Assmann Corporation will take full exception to this section of the specification reqarding the integral molded in lifting lugs. Assmanns WRPE restraint system being provided are designed for lifting the tank. 1.03.J Assmann Corporation will take full exception to this section of the specification reqarding the integral molded in 1.03 DESIGN CRITERIA 1.03.H.2 Assmann Corporation will take partial exception to this section of the specification reqarding the 1300 square inches of flat area for fitting locations. Available flat area is 1100 square inches verses 1300 specified.
