We have the option to renew your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 years. Here is a pricing model that shows annual renewal cost moving forward in 2017, and estimated savings of renewing for a 2 or 3 year term versus consecutive 12 month contracts. This pricing takes into consideration the current discount level that your 2014-2017 pricing received, as well as an estimated 8% annual increase moving forward. Under your renewing 2014 contract, you are currently paying an annual total of $10,500 for Altru. First, our support model has changed. Chat support has proven to be not only our most popular form of support but also our most effective, resulting in quicker responses and faster resolutions. Therefore, we have extended chat support from 8:30 am to 8 pm ET, Monday through Friday. In order to extend our chat hours and provide the best possible service through chat, you will no longer be able to initiate cases through phone or Case Central. This does not mean that you will never speak to our support analysts; we will always call you if your initiated case requires it to ensure we resolve your issue in the best way possible. We also always offer phone support for critical issues after 8pm EST or on the weekends. Next, we are including a subscription to our integrated Address Finder and Deceased Record Finder service for all Altru clients at contract renewal. Address Finder was designed to help non-profits enhance the value of their Altru database by minimizing mailing costs, maximizing response rates, and ensuring compliance with US postal regulations. The service accepts a file of constituent names and addresses, and quickly returns updated address information for any individual, family, or business that has changed locations within the last four years. Address Finder will be available to you for 4 runs/year. Deceased Record Finder helps to proactively identify deceased individuals within a database and either suppress them from communications or develop an alternative strategy to engage that household. We have decided to include these valuable services for all Altru clients as part of the subscription to ensure you are getting maximum value out of your solution. Deceased Record Finder will be available to you for 1 run/year. Once your renewal is in place in December, you will get a message from our Altru Services department guiding you through your first screen!
