DESCRIPTION:
1. Reason for change: Additional services
2. Description of Change: A bug in the latest EPASWMM model release caused incorrect
calculations of detention storage and resulting stormwater discharge
totals. As a result, the consultant had to revise input data and re-run
both hydrology (EPASWMM) and hydraulics (HEC-RAS) models,
update floodplain mapping exhibits, and revise LOMR Report text
prior to resubmittal to FEMA for review and approval. Fort Collin’s
share of the total cost of $20,125 is 17% ($3,421.25). See attached
detailed scope and fee breakdown.
