Do you have any drawings that specifically call out seat count at all? a. See attached pdf. 2. Do you plan on separating Demo, Patch Work and Providing/Install of new? a. No. We will select one contractor for a turn key project. 3. How extensive does the recycling need to be? Will we need to totally dismantle the existing chairs ‘seat pans, back plastic, end panels, stanchions and arm caps’, or only remove the cast iron stanchions, or none? a. The City’s desire is to donate as many of the seats as possible. The City is working with seat donation recipients but does not know the final number of seats to be donated. Any seats that are not donated will need to be disposed of on-site and minimal recycling is expected. 4. Will the donated chairs be stored as components, or 3 or 4 seat sections? a. The seating contractor shall remove the seats in sections of approximately 3-4 seats and then place the seat sections in storage containers on site that will be provided by the City of Fort Collins. 5. Where will the existing seating be donated? Will the seating contractor need to deliver them or will they be picked up? a. The City is working with seat donation recipients but does not know the final number of seats to be donated. Any seats that are not donated will need to be disposed of on-site. Minimal recycling is expected. 6. Can the Irwin Seating Co. Citation chair be approved for proposal? a. Yes
