RE: Renewal, 7400 Green Uniform Cleaning Services
Dear Mr. Erion:
The City of Fort Collins will be rebidding the above captioned project in the next couple
of weeks, as your current agreement has reached the end of its life cycle. We strongly
encourage you to go to http://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado/city-of-fort-collins and
download RFP 8579 Green Dry Cleaning Services.
As your current contract will expire prior to completion of the solicitation process for the
new RFP, the City wishes to extend the existing agreement term per the existing terms
and conditions as follows:
1) The term will be extended from August 14, 2017 through October 31, 2017.
If the renewal is acceptable to your firm, please sign this letter in the space provided
within the next fifteen days.
If this extension is not agreeable with your firm, we ask that you send us a written notice
stating that you do not wish to renew the contract and state the reason for non-renewal.
