RE: Continuation of Agreement Documentation, 7439 Hearing Officer Services –
Employee Disciplinary Hearings
Dear Ms. Robinson:
This letter documents continuation of the referenced Agreement effective February 28,
2017 and ratifies all actions taken under the Agreement whereby the City has appointed
and delegated to Human Resources Solutions & Services LLC, specifically Attorney
Tracey Robinson, responsibility and authority to serve as a hearing officer pursuant to
the City of Fort Collins Personnel Policies and Procedures, Appeal Policies and
Procures, and Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City and the Fraternal
Order of Police.
The Poudre Fire Authority (PFA), through its Fire Chief, ratifies all actions taken under
the Agreement whereby PFA has appointed and delegated to Human Resources
Solutions & Services LLC, specifically Attorney Tracey Robinson, responsibility and
authority to serve as a hearing officer pursuant to the provisions of PFA personnel rules
and regulations.
The parties further agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1) The new expiration date for the Agreement shall be February 28, 2018.
