Notes: • Budget pricing is based upon the request of the City of Fort Collins Park Planning and Development to import fill material from Waters' East
stockpile location to the new Maple Hill Neighborhood park site. All fill material is being provided by Waters' Edge developer Bill Swalling.
CRI has not included any cost for the fill material.
• The following are excluded from this proposal: Construction layout or staking; Drainage facility certification; Warrantee for fill placed by
others; Street cleaning for work performed by others; All Permits & Fees; Dewatering; Erosion control devices for Maple Fill Park Site;
quality control or acceptance testing; prairie dog removal, relocation, or extermination; landscaping, placement of fill material at the new
park site, construction water, park site access grading or support operations for fill placement.
• All work is contingent on the availability of construction water, access to the work, negotiation of acceptable contract terms, a mutually
agreeable schedule, and verification of financing.
• Please provide a minimum of 4 weeks advanced notification of work requests to allow for scheduling the work. No work will be completed
without a signed Contract Agreement. Work is anticipated ___________.
• Environmental site assessment / mitigation of hazardous or contaminated materials is excluded. Treatment or testing for contaminated
groundwater is specifically excluded.
• Add 1% to include performance and payment bond.
• Maple Hill Neighborhood Park Import Notes and Clarifications:
• 1. CRI will create access to Waters' Edge East stockpile location, install a VTC at the site entrance and once completed with import
operations, complete the required seeding and straw crimping or the stockpile site.
• 2. The City's park contractor will be required to place and compact the fill material at a minimum rate of 1,650 CY per day. All import
operations will be completed in 2 working days. If delays are caused by the onsite park contract to CRI import operations, standby unit
pricing could apply for these delays.
• 3. Per the City contract, all work will be completed on a Cost Plus 16%.
