PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS DELIVERABLES PRICE \ LANDSCAPE DESIGN GUIDELINES • 48- to 56-page booklet, 11x17 folded to 8.5x11 • Wireframe layout of unique sections (e.g. tools spread, general page layout, etc.), if requested. • One stylized design and layout concept based on wireframes and final content provided. • Text, graphics, and images provided by client. • Revisions counted toward total hours. • Assistance w/ obtaining print quote, order submission, and proof review. Print-ready PDF w/ crops and bleeds $3,000 Up to 38 hours \ OTHER PROJECTS To include: • Seed packet • Program booklet • Posters • Etc. Print-ready PDF w/ crops and bleeds $7,000 Up to 88 hours b All work outside of these specifications, and time exceeding 15% of the estimated hours, will be $80 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. TERMS & CONDITIONS • The price includes: Concept development, research, design and layout, project management, and final preparation of deliverables. • The price does not include: Art or font licenses; printing, print management, or print brokering; proofreading, writing or editing; custom illustration or photography; or extensive photo editing; unless otherwise specified. • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before work begins on any project totaling $500 or more. The balance, including any additional costs, will be due upon completion of the project. • Work will begin on the project upon receipt of requested assets (such as written content, graphics, images, etc.) and the deposit. A delivery date for the first proof will be given upon receipt. • Rush fee: A rush fee of 25-100% may be assessed should the project require delivery faster than is normal. • Proofs, as applicable, will be provided as a PDF or JPG via email or Dropbox. Payments received 30 days and later are subject to a 12% annual fee. Payments made by credit card will incur a 4% transaction fee. Payments not received on time may delay work in progress. • Deliverables will be provided via email or Dropbox upon completion. Websites will be published upon completion. Awesomesauce Creative LLC retains ownership of all editable files, custom artwork, stock art, fonts, and all other assets (unless provided or licensed by you) that are used for the project. • Cancellation: Deliverables will not be given in the event of a cancellation, and refunds will not be given for any payments received. Awesomesauce Creative LLC retains ownership of all files in the event that the project is cancelled for any reason. • Promotion. Awesomesauce Creative LLC retains the right to display all work in its portfolio and to use such work in marketing materials to promote our services. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS ESTIMATE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.
