EXHIBIT 1 – QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. On page 5, the City lists the Type of Equipment financed: New Police vehicles, New Utility
maintenance equipment, New Street maintenance equipment, new Parks and Golf course
maintenance equipment. Would you be able to give us an anticipated percentage of Parks
and Golf Course Maintenance equipment that would be financed?
No, varies per schedule.
2. Is it anticipated that this equipment would be financed with other equipment in one schedule
or financed on its own schedule?
All equipment will be financed at same time in one schedule with the option to
have additional Lease Purchase agreement schedules one to two times per year
for up to a maximum of five years under the Lease Purchase Master Agreement.
3. On page 3, the Escrow Agent is the First National Bank of Fort Collins and on page 7 the
Escrow Agent is First National Wealth Management, a division of First National Bank of
Omaha. Can you clarify who is the escrow agent?
The escrow agent is First National Wealth Management, a division of First National
Bank of Omaha.
4. We understand that the City is open to minor changes to the Master Lease Agreement.
Would we be able to incorporate language that would allow the bank at our sole discretion to
reject a schedule or equipment that is part of a schedule if we do not consider the
equipment to be essential use assets?
No.
