To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described above,
the following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed in the following sections of this
addendum:

EXHIBIT 1 – QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. Will the Library Facilities Master Plan include a Patron and District Copy/Print Center?
Answer: Our current libraries have print/copy capabilities for our patrons and staff to
print and make copies. We do not have copy/print centers as such. Based on the
findings of the Master Plan, a copy/print center could be one of the enhancements
suggested in current or future libraries.
2. For Project Deliverable #2 outlined on page 5 of the RFP, is the required estimated
budget to be a construction budget, or a construction and operational budget, for each
facility improvement project?
Answer: We do not require detailed budgets for the proposal but would like cost
estimates for construction including design and project management services, and
estimates for annual operating costs.
3. Regarding the availability for on-site interviews as indicated on page 6 of the RFP, are
the interviews to be held sometime during the week of August 8th or August 15th? Or are
the interviews scheduled to be held on August 12th and August 19th specifically?
Answer: We are asking if you have any prior commitments that will limit your availability
for in-person oral interviews in Fort Collins, Colorado during the weeks of August 12th
and August 19th. It is helpful in scheduling to find out in advance if vendors have any
issues within that time period, as the times the RFP team members are available for oral
interviews are limited. Yes; the plan is should we proceed to oral interviews, they would
be held sometime during the week of August 8th -12th or August 15th -19th; the final date
to be determined.
