EXHIBIT 1 – QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. Can we bid just the Troutman project without bidding the other aspects of the RFP?
The City is looking for proposals that address all aspects of the RFP. We
therefore do not encourage proposals to only respond to the Troutman project.
2. In reference to the Maintenance Bid Schedule, Item # 9, Petromat Resurfacing, I would
like to ask for an equal status be granted for using the California Products Acrylic
Resurfacer, in lieu of the Hawker Laykold Resurfacer, line 13? I would also ask for the
same equal status on line 14, using the California Products Colorcoat Concentrate in lieu
of the Hawker Colorcoat Concentrate?
The City approves both “as equal” items.
