What is the driving reason behind this RFP? Is it a function of a standard due diligence process regularly conducted or are there issues of any other kind driving the RFP? No issues. 2. Who is the current insurance broker for The City of Fort Collins and how long have they been in place? AJ Gallagher. 3. Is your current broker remunerated by fees or commissions or a combination of both? What is the approximate current remuneration? Fees 4. What are the biggest areas of improvement in your current insurance brokerage relationship? We are perfectly satisfied – they are very responsive to requests, but other than that, there is very little interaction. Nothing proactive. 5. What is the frequency of the risk assessment process mentioned? As needed – I believe the only time we are doing this is when we are rebidding coverage. 6. Does the City have a current cost allocation methodology? Yes 7. Could you please provide clarification on B.8 in the Scope of Work? Tracking tool, reference, basic information 8. Please indicate the anticipated frequency of the training and education programs in D.4? Currently this is not being done. I would say more on an as needed basis. We have a fully staffed safety department that does this, so the need is not great.
