Number of years’ experience outdoor vending in Fort Collins or another city. If experience is not within the boundaries of the City of Fort Collins, include proof of vending elsewhere and list a contact name or phone number for the City to verify. An example of documentation would be copies of sales tax returns for individual years in another city. Number of years: 4 years 2. Number of years’ experience outdoor vending in the Fort Collins Downtown Plan Area on public or private property. Number of years: 1.5 years 3. Quality and Suitability of Product: Include description and/or pictures of the products to be sold with estimated prices. Quality comparisons, statements, pictures and/or brochures are requested to review the quality and suitability of the products proposed. 4. Quality/Appearance of Equipment and Cart/Carriage: Concessionaires are required to have a mobile cart, unless the site is designated for transportation related vending. The cart may not exceed the size of four (4) foot wide, ten (10) foot long and eight (8) foot high, excluding roof overhangs and wheels. Provide pictures, schematics, or other data that will support and show the quality/appearance of the cart or carriage. Cart measurements must be included. The City reserves the right to inspect all equipment to make a determination that requirements and quality standards are met. 1. Number of years of experience outdoor vending in Fort Collins or another city. 4 years Divine Ice Cream began mobile vending in 2012 in Windsor and Weld County making 2016 our 5 th season. In 2013 we licensed our first trucks in Fort Collins and have since grown to have 4 mobile ice cream trucks licensed in Fort Collins. 2. Number of years’ experience outdoor vending in the Fort Collins Downtown Plan Area on public or private property. 1.5 years In late summer 2014 we began exploring the possibility of a vending operation at the Downtown Transit Center. Shortly after we signed a contract to vend with the City. While we have not been able to operate with regularity at the Transit Center, we have made great strides towards becoming more regular in 2016. We hired a manager exclusively for our Vending operation and we now have four mobile food trucks operating in neighborhoods and at events across Northern Colorado primarily in Fort Collins. We have one mobile vending freezer cart now (pictured below) that will be staffed daily during the warmer months between March – October. Currently Divine has ten employees, and we will soon be hiring more. We have the ability to staff the vending cart with regularity for operations in the Fort Collins Downtown Plan Area. 3. Quality and Suitability of Product We offer the Blue Bunny novelty ice cream and popsicles shown and described below. Blue Bunny is one of the largest and most well-known ice cream brands in the US. Included below is our full pricing menu. Our menu is wildly popular with kids and adults! 4. Quality/Appearance of Equipment and Cart/Carriage Our mobile cart is beautifully re-finished with stained wood, a bright blue and white umbrella, a colorful product menu, and Divine Ice Cream and Blue Bunny signage. The cart is equipped with a high-quality commercial grade Kelvinator freezer.
