This RFP is being reposted. The new Opening Date is February 16, 2016 at 3:00 PM (our clock). Additionally, the RFP selection process timeline is revised as follows: Questions deadline February 11, 2016, 5PM RFP Proposals due February 16, 2016, 3PM Interview top proposals Week of February 22, 2016 Selection of new Tenant by March 1, 2016 2. In collaboration with the Landmark Preservation Commission seek approval to replace the door on the north side with a 3’-0” door and relocate it a little to the east. 2. Install a suspended wood floor system to allow a crawl space below for some mechanical systems and access for future modifications. 3. Make roof modifications to have runoff to the south and tie into the storm system. 4. Work with the selected Lessee to locate the best location and install an ADA bathroom. 5. Work with the selected Lessee to build- out the interior walls, install wall insulation and electrical outlets at locations required per code. 6. Work with the selected Lessee to install a water heater and residential furnace. 7. Work with the selected Lessee to have the building sign completed with their business name on it. 8. Work with the selected tenant to determine the ceiling height and profile and then have it insulated and new ceiling installed. 9. Work with selected tenant to determine exterior lighting requirements. 10. Work with new tenant to select exterior paint colors and have the exterior building painted with a color acceptable to all parties. The new Tenant will need to budget for the following: 1. All interior walls finishes 2. All interior cabinetry and displays 3. All interior floor finishes 4. Any special equipment for their proposed use 5. Any tables and seating planned for their proposed use 6. Any special interior lighting for their proposed use other than standard fixtures
