Coordinate with Musco Lighting, selected lighting sub-contractor, designer & installer. Provide Schematic design and constructability review meetings with Staff. Review DD design development and final CD construction documents, as needed. Building Dept. and Planning amendment processing, is not included. SCOPE of WORK - Basis of Design (BOD) Architectural; CD base CADD files - (20hrs.) = $ 1,620. Design & drawing coordination - (16hrs.) = $ 1,680. Meetings/Site visits - (20hrs.) = $ 2,100. Coord. Estimated labor: $ 7,420 Estimated expenses: $ 200 Total Fee (labor and expenses): $ 7,620 Additional Site Visits/In-Person Meetings As Needed (4 hrs per person, per meeting) • Nancy Only $ 1,040 • Dane Only $ 720 • Nancy & Dane $ 1,760 The scope of work includes: 1. Sports Lighting at Ballfields located at Rolland Moore Park in Fort Collins, CO Fees are lump sum, with invoicing occurring monthly on a percentage of tasks completed. Design services shall include the following: Sports Lighting Peer Review • Project kick-off meeting in Fort Collins (2 people, 4 hours) • Review and recommend proposed lighting criteria • Field sports lighting criteria • Light trespass criteria • Review sports lighting calculations provided by Musco Lighting (up to 2 reviews) • Review and comment on sports lighting specifications • Review and comment on lighting control system design • Prepare sports lighting peer review memo (up to two (2) submittals) • Attend up to three (3) design meetings by phone/web conference This scope of work is based upon normal project progress and within the time schedule agreed upon, without major redesign or change order work. Additional fees will be required if project timing is extended or project is put on hold and restarted at later date. If the project timing exceeds one year, then extra services rates may increase. The scope is based on documents sent and conversation with client in May 2017. Reimbursable expenses shall include printing costs; overnight delivery and travel expenses associated with the project and shall be charged in addition to the compensation for professional services. Payment for services is expected within 30 days of invoice unless other arrangements are made in writing.
