RE: Spring Creek LOMR at the Mason Street Corridor: Change Order #2
(ACE Project No. COFC2014.04)
Dear Brad:
This letter represents our request for a change order for the Mason Street Corridor crossing of Spring
Creek LOMR application. The original scope and budget for the project identified addressing FEMA review
comments as being the subject of a change order. However, following the submittal of the LOMR
application to FEMA a small budget surplus was available, allowing ACE to largely complete and submit a
response to FEMA for their first round of review comments. Unfortunately, on March 29, 2017 a second
round of review comments was issued by FEMA. Therefore, we respectfully request a change order for a
time and materials budget not to exceed $5,000 in order to respond to this second round of FEMA review
comments.
We respectfully submit this change order based on our understanding of FEMA’s requirements for
bringing the project to successful conclusion. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any
