ADDENDUM NO. 1
SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
Description of BID 8493: FIRE STATION EXHAUST SYSTEM INSTALL
OPENING DATE: 3:00 PM (Our Clock) March 24, 2017
To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described above,
the following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed in the following sections of this
addendum:
1. Note that the following sections in the Scope of Work on the original RFP are being removed
and replaced with the following:
Station 4
1945 W Drake Rd., Ft Collins CO 80526
Current: One upper connection exhaust drive through system
Needs: Magnetic activation for door to turn on system
Station 6
2511 Donella Ct, Ft Collins CO 80524
Current: No connection system in place
Needs: One lower and one upper connection exhaust drive through system
2. A revised Pricing Proposal is attached herein on page 2. Note: the Pricing Proposal
incorporated herein shall replace the existing RFP Pricing Proposal form and all
Proposers shall use this form for submittal.

addendum.
RECEIPT OF THIS ADDENDUM MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY A WRITTEN STATEMENT
ENCLOSED WITH THE BID/QUOTE STATING THAT THIS ADDENDUM HAS BEEN
RECEIVED.
