1. Reason for change: Artist needs additional money for the Structural Engineering fee for this
project.
2. Description of Change: The Artist will work with his Structural Engineer for the signed and
stamped Engineering for the art for the Lincoln Ave. Improvement Project.
3. Change in Contract Cost: $750 will be added to the contract to give a total of $3,000 for
Structural Engineering Costs.
4. Change in Contract Time: The new contract deadline is April 14,2017 (If this Change Order
is not signed and completed, the deadline will remain June 24, 2016)
