Re: Contract Amendment #01
Dear Mr. Wolff,
Please let this letter serve to amend the following to the Downtown Concession Agreement (the
“Agreement”) effective February 15, 2017.
1. The following change is hereby made and incorporated to replace and supersede the
first sentence of Section 2.A of the Agreement:
A. This Agreement shall be effective from February 15, 2017 until June 1, 2018, unless
sooner terminated as herein provided.
2. The following change is hereby made and incorporated to replace and supersede
Section 3.C of the Agreement:
Monetary Provision: The Concessionaire agrees to pay the City an amount equal to one
hundred fifty dollars ($150) as a prorated site fee for the initial term as stipulated in
Section 2.A. The $150 initial site fee is due upon contract execution. The
Concessionaire agrees to pay the City an amount equal to one hundred twenty dollars
($120) per site per year for subsequent renewals.
Except as expressly amended by this Amendment #01, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
