MobilePD Engage will provide the following key solutions to the Fort Collins Police Department: Ability to send real-time push notification alerts to citizens. A mechanism for real-time citizen crime reporting. A one-stop-shop for Fort Collins Police Department public outreach programs. Rea!-Time Reverse 911 Alert System The MobilePD Engage Alert system will allow Fort Collins Police Department to send real-time push notification alerts to citizens who have downloaded the app. These alerts are category based, and could be used for an Amber Alert, a general update/emergency, or even a traffic accident. There is no limit to how many alerts Fort Collins Police Depadment sends. Real-Time Reporting of Crime and Tips MobilePD's brand new Real-Time Reporting Platform ("Tips Pro") is a robust tipping/NG91 1 reporting platform that allows for anonymous two-way communication between citizens and your agency. Support Policy MobilePD Technical Support is committed to helping our customers maximize the benefits of using MobilePD and providing quality customer experience. MobilePD defines "Customer Support" as providing assistance to MobilePD product users and padners on specific product-related problems such as installation, product updates, product performance, and other inquiries. MobilePD can provide consulting services and develop frameworks for the effective use of technology for community engagement. MobilePD can work with your agency to develop a re-brand i ng strategy that h ig h I i g hts transparency and working alongside the community to co- produce public safety. Additional MobilePD Web Portal Licenses can be purchased, allowing additional personnel to send alerts and receive/respond to incoming reports. Price $160/hour $25lmonth Operating Hours and Local Languages Support MobilePD Support operates from 9am-6pm US Central Time, Monday - Friday (except Labor Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day). Technical support for MobilePD products is delivered in English. Suppoded Products MobilePD actively supports customer apps for the length of the contract and its extension thereafter, and supports mobile operating systems for 12 months from their release or until a new version is released, whichever comes first. Active support includes responding to telephone, email or web inquiries about the operation or use of the software, and providing on-going development support in the form of workarounds, patches or fixes for resolving known and emerging product issues. Standard and Online Support Standard Support comes with your product purchase. MobilePD provides customer service and technical support by phone or email to users to get their product up and running. Assistance with product issues including installation and setup, product updates, product performance, and other inquiries is available during regular business hours. (North America: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm CDT). En hancements/U pgrades Modifications and Enhancements MobilePD may, at its sole discretion, make modifications and enhancements to the Fort Collins Police Department Mobile App. All modifications and enhancements are included in the yearly licensing fee. For.t Collins Police Department MobilePD App Proposal mobilepd Bug Fixes Any software bugs that inadvertently affect the user experience of the application will be immediately evaluated for possible fixes. All bug fixes are included in the yearly licensing fee. Source Code MobilePD, Inc. is not licensing the MobilePD source code or any porlion thereof. The licensing agreement solely relates to the end product and the hosted solution MobilePD provides. The MobilePD source code, in whole, or in part, solely belongs to MobilePD. The Fort Collins Police Department may not lay any claims to this source code. This Proposal supersedes any other legal agreement between MobilePD and the Fort Collins Police Department including any Purchase Order. ln the event MobilePD becomes insolvent or goes out of business during the term of this agreement, Fort Collins Police Depadment will be provided with the source code of the application. All software, copyright and trademark ownership will remain the property of MobilePD or it's surviving members of founders. Release Branding The Fort Collins Police Department mobile app will be branded and released under your own name. This will require you to open an Apple Developers account ($99/yea4 as well as an Android Marketplace Account ($25lyea4. Release MobilePD will complete development of the Fort Collins Police Department apps 90 days after the execution of this agreement.
