The following changes/additions are hereby made and incorporated in the Agreement: 1. The contract term will be extended for one (1) additional year, May 1, 2017 through April 30, 2018. If the renewal is acceptable to your firm, please sign this letter in the space provided and attach a current copy of insurance naming the City as an additional insured for General and Automotive Liability, within the next fifteen days. 2. If this extension is not agreeable with your firm, we ask that you send us a written notice stating that you do not wish to renew the contract and state the reason for non-renewal. 3. Exhibit B – Compensation, attached and incorporated herein by this reference, replaces Exhibit B as amended per Amendment No. 2 dated March 7, 2016, to incorporate updated offerings and revenue share percentages. The revised Exhibit B is effective upon execution of this Amendment No. 3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement, Amendment No. 1 and Amendment No. 2 shall remain in full force and effect.
