EXHIBIT 1 - QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Q1. Does the City/Utilities request an evaluation of existing costs (labor, materials, etc.) in
terms of developing the linear and square foot cost recovery to be included in the PIF?
A1. We have a good understanding of labor and material costs. We do not have a
good understanding of the current value of assets in service. If it is
recommended that current asset values are used in determining the linear
and square footage charges then an evaluation of these assets will be
necessary.
Q2. Is the database that is linked to the current VBA model in Microsoft Access?
A2. Yes.
Q3. Does the City envision that certain elements of the revised PIF model be allowed to utilize
VBA code (as long as the code does not need future updating)?
A3. No
Q4. Will the City / Utilities provide the necessary material and labor cost data, or does that
need to be determined by the Consultant in coordination with the City/Utilities?
A4. We will provide material and labor cost data.
Q5. Are there any registration requirements necessary to bid on this RFP, other those listed
within the RFP itself (including the proposal acknowledgment form)?
A5. You must be registered in Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System.
Q6. Does the City / Utilities have an estimated budget associated with this RFP?
A6. We expect this work to be completed for under $50,000.
