Thank you for submitting a bid to the City of Fort Collins for 8296 Downtown Restrooms - Oak
Street Restroom Building.
As you may be aware, all bids received were significantly over the project budget. After analysis,
the City has determined that the project will need to be redesigned and rebid at a later date to
meet budget requirements. Therefore, no award will be made for this project, and in accordance
with contract specifications, your bid bond is being returned to you.
We appreciate the time spent in preparing your bid response and we hope you continue your
interest in City of Fort Collins' projects.
