addendum:

1. Can you issue an addendum with an example PONTIS report output?
As discussed at the pre-proposal meeting, the City has decided not to require the
selected consultant to use Pontis. The selected consultant is to submit inspection
reports including all required information by CDOT when CDOT used Pontis. With that
said, every firm has their own approach to bridge inspection report formatting. CDOT
allows firms to use their own format as long as all of CDOT’s required information is
provided - no two firms will use the same format, thus it would be difficult to show all the
various reporting formats.
As far as the table is concerned, only 1 table is required with all the required information
from the inspection report. The expected layout is rows for the different bridges and
columns for all the necessary information. The six tables from Pontis are large with a lot
of repeated information and many columns that are unused. Pontis is set up this way to
address all current and future proofing.
