the following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed in the following sections of this
addendum:

EXHIBIT 1 – ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. The electrical drawings show the Main Distribution Board (MDC) is located in the adjacent
hotel. There is a 200A/3phase 208v breaker installed in this MDC for the solar provision of
the garage. Can you clarify whether the awarded electrical contractor for the garage
structure will be providing a conduit from the MDC to the new garage? Additionally, what is
the size of the conduit, where it will terminate in the new garage, and what is the overall
distance of the conduit from the MDC to the termination point in the new garage structure?
Hensel Phelps (the project General Contractor) and the electrical engineer and confirmed
that the electrical engineer will be coordinating with the successful PV vendor to design
and install the connection to the main electrical distribution system and size the
electrical conduit appropriately from the main electrical service to the PV location. This
scope of work is the responsibility of the Hensel Phelps project team and the current
drawings will be amended to reflect these changes.
