the following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed in the following sections of this
addendum:

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. Q: Is the concessionaire allowed to set the price of beverages?
A: While the Concessionaire may set prices, they must obtain the facility director’s approval
when setting or changing prices.
2. Q: What is the level of alcohol expected? (Well, Call, premium)?
A: All three are expected. Additionally, it is expected that the Concessionaire will utilize a
variety of beer, wine, and liquor that is sourced from Fort Collins, CO.
3. Q: Does the city provide liquor storage?
A: Please see the RFP document for this information.
4. Q: Is there a style or color that the City prefers for the uniforms?
A: Typically they consist of black collared shirts with a name tag, and black pants.
5. Q: What is the time frame for acquiring a liquor license in Fort Collins?
A: The average timeframe in 90 days. The RFP lists the liquor licensing contact information
should you desire to acquire more information.
6. Q: Can we see the previous contract that was in place?
