Thank you for responding to the City of Fort Collins Bid #8261. After careful consideration of
the matter, the City elected not to open your Bid and is extending the Bid opening date.
In accordance with the City's Purchasing Policy, the Purchasing Agent has the authority to
extend bid opening dates when the interests of the City and the public will be served thereby.
The Bid opening date is extended due to a lack of competition.
The City intends to initiate a Bid opening extension to the Concrete Requirements project in the
near future.
We appreciate the time you expended in preparing your Bid and hope you will continue your
interest in bids sojicited by the City of Fort Collins.
