Re: 1) CitePayUSA Services Agreement with the City of Fort Collins dated April 18, 2012
2) Justice Systems, Inc. Agreement with the City of Fort Collins dated October 1, 2001
Dear Mr. Sego:
The City and CitePayUSA, L.L.C., entered into the reference 1) Services Agreement dated April
18, 2012 (the “Agreement”) for the collection and processing of payments. In accordance with
the Agreement, Section 9, Termination, the City hereby terminates the reference 1) Agreement
effective January 6, 2017 at no cost to the City.
The City of Fort Collins will cease using the services of CitePayUSA under the reference 1)
Agreement as of the end-of-business January 6, 2017.
Please note, this termination by the City is solely for the reference 1) Agreement. The City
intends to continue to use the reference 2) agreement dated October 1, 2001.
We request you acknowledge termination of the reference 1) Agreement by signing below.
