1. Reason for change: The Artist needs additional design time to work with the Project Team and
develop the final design for the bridge project.
2. Description of Change: The artist will work with the Project Team to develop the final
design for the bridge railing on the McMurry Bridge Project. The artist will illustrate the
entire design and depict the full length of the bridge railing, for both sides of the bridge.
3. Change in Contract Cost: This will add an additional $1,500 to the design contract.
4. Change in Contract Time: The new design contract deadline is January 6, 2017
