Dear Mr. Knoll,
Roofing Proposal Includes: for the reroofing project at 2824 Wright Drive Building in Loveland, CO.
Flat Roofing
1. Existing metal roof system to remain
2. Install EPS flute filler
3. Install cover board
4. Mechanically attach 60mil White/Tan TPO membrane
5. All associated 60mil White/Tan TPO Flashings for proper installation
6. Provide the roofing manufacturer 20-year total system warranty which includes labor and material
Roofing Sheet Metal
7. Install wood blocking as needed along the rake and eave perimeter
8. Install fabricated 24ga prefinished metal drip edge on single cleat
9. Install one corrugated downspout at north east corner of the building
10. Install all associated metal termination flashings for proper roof installation
11. Color to be selected off standard color chart
12. Provide the sheet metal manufacturer 20-year paint finish warranty
Proposal Amount: $32,818.00
Exclusions: Temporary protections, demolition, insulation, gutters and downspouts (except what is indicated above), walk
pads, interior protections, raising units or curbs, interior work, custom colors, painting, snow/ice/water removal, bonds,
permits, taxes, drains, vents, mechanical or electrical work, framing, carpentry, masonry, access ladders or roof hatches,
anything not explicitly outlined in the above scope of work
Options/Considerations
13. Install snow guards over the north and south entry doors only: add $450.00 to proposal amount above.
14. Install new 6” seamless gutters and assoicated downspouts in standard colors: add $718.00 to the proposal amount
above
This Proposal is subject to revision or withdrawal by SRC for any reason until communication of acceptance. This
Proposal expires thirty (30) days after the date stated above unless otherwise agreed if not earlier withdrawn.
