Nonrefundable 50% deposit required to begin fabrication, final 50% COD. Receipt of this deposit means you approve to the terms below. This is a legal and binding
contract. Glass tolerances are +/- 1/8" in any direction. Glass is subject to bowing, any bowing falls within industry standards except large annealed panels which
may bow up to 1/2". All orders shipped by Bella Glass Production, Inc. are insured. Glass must be checked at time of pickup or delivery, otherwise Bella Glass
Production, Inc. asscumes no responsibility for the replacement of damaged glass or any labor cost associated with the replacement. All textures are custom made per
order and can vary slightly from panel to panel.
