Dear Carol,
Thank you for the opportunity to submit this proposal for two onsite tasks in support of your
TriTech CAD/RMS systems. I've included herewith a Statement of Work (SOW) based
upon the tasks we discussed in our telephone conversation.
We will conduct these tasks for a fixed price of $5,830.00. This includes travel time and
expenses plus 2 days on site. Once we get your approval, we'll schedule our travels.
Thank you also for your offer to host a "Lunch and Learn" session on Managed Services.
We plan to schedule this to coincide with the work we have proposed herein.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or if there is anything that I
can be doing to assist you.

Statement of Work (SOW) - Fort Collins CO On-Site Tasks
Task 1
Athena will be onsite to present an overview ofthe TriTech CAD/RMS system architecture. The purpose of
this task is to provide a better understating of the systems, not only for the new members of the Fort
colling support team, but also as a refresher for the existing staff.
This overview will be conducted in a classroom environment so the City should have available a room that
includesa video projector / screen, white board and sufficient seatingforall precipitants.
The session may
be recorded if desired.
The City should block off four (4) hours for this overview. The session will start with Athena presenting the
overview of the system. Afterthe presentation, thefloorwill be open to answer questions, discuss issues
and/or to amplify certain characteristics of the architecture.
Task 2
Athena will perform an analysis of the network traffic between the TriTech servers and mobile applications.
This will include the MobileCom, RMS client, ARS client and WebQuery applications. The purpose of the
analysis is to determine the bandwidth requirements for each application. U pon conclusion of the tests,
Athena will provide a report that list the minimum and recommended bandwidth requirements for each
application.
ln conducting this analysis, we will need the City to provide a workstation on the CRISP network wlth the
TriTech client a pplications to be tested. TheCitywill also needto have staff familiar with the applications
to perform typicaltasks in each application. They will be asked to provide feedback on the performance of
the applications as the bandwidth is limited to determine the application requirements.
It is estimated that this task will require a full day to complete. The City will need to schedule the proper
staff required to test each of the applications.
Lunch and Learn Session
As we discussed at Tricon and again on our phone conversation, Athena would like to host a "Lunch and
Learn" session for you and the other agencies in your surrounding area. The topic will be "Managed lT
Services".
This will be an opportunity for attendees to learn more about managed services in generaland more
specifically the application in a public safety environment. ltwill also allowus to introducethe services
provided by Athena.
This session will be about two hours long. lt will start with a hosted lunch followed by a brief presentation
form Athena and then a Q & A session. We will schedule this session to coincide with our on-site trip to
accomplish the tasks above.
