parties. In the event of a conflict between or
ambiguity in the terms of the Services Agreement
and this work order (including the attached forms)
the Services Agreement shall control.
The attached forms consisting of (_) pages
are hereby accepted and incorporated herein by
this reference, and Notice to Proceed is hereby
given.

Dear Jill,
RB+B has been requested to add some work to the existing restrooms, and to prepare a Project
Manual for the entire project. The fees for this added scope are as follows:
Restroom Scope:
RB+B (and change windows) $5500
APS Electrical $1500
FW Mechanical $1600
Subtotal: $8600
Provide Specifications in Book form:
RB+B $400
Larsen Structural $500
APS Electrical $500
FW Mechanical $1100
RJ Florkey (spec writer) $5100
Subtotal: $7600
TOTAL FEE REQUEST: $16,200.
