Re: 8263 SE Community Park Amendment #2
Attached electronically for your approval and signature, please find Amendment #2 for the
Southeast Community Park Project with ECI Site Construction Management, Inc.
a. This Amendment #2 adds previously bid items to expand the Scope of Work, adding
$1,376,437.50 to ECI’s Construction Contract.
b. City Council approved the appropriation of these additional funds using Capital
Expansion Funds under Ordinance No. 094, 2016.
c. The additional Scope of Work adds 56 days to the Contract Times, thus setting
Substantial Completion of the Park at July 5th, 2017.
Ingrid, please approve as to form and it will be forwarded to the City Manager.
Darin, please sign the Amendment #2 and it will be forwarded to the City Clerk.
Wanda, please attest Amendment #2 after Gerry has signed. Thank you.
