GENERAL The following Scope of Services outlines the tasks required to complete the 75% Site Design. 1 Task 1 – Administrative 1.1 Management, invoicing, coordination. This task includes coordination internal employees, sub-consultants, and general management. 2 Task 2 – Design 2.1 Plans. Finish 75% details, and other minor plan components. 2.2 Report. Finish report including stormwater treatment and discussion of design components downstream of Riverside Avenue. 2.3 Quantities/Cost. Coordinate with Connell to update the costs for the 75% design.
