Project Description: Consultant to provide site revegetation planting, monitoring and administration for
the Fossil Creek Stream Rehabilitation and Enhancement project. The project will
stabilize eroding banks and rehabilitate and enhance habitat within reach 4-1 of
Fossil Creek, just north of Fossil Creek Community Park, west of Lemay Avenue.

Professional agrees to perform the services
identified above and on the attached forms in
accordance with the terms and conditions
contained herein and in the Professional Services
Agreement between the parties. In the event of a
conflict between or ambiguity in the terms of the
Professional Services Agreement and this work
order (including the attached forms) the
Professional Services Agreement shall control.
The attached forms consisting of Two (2) pages
are hereby accepted and incorporated herein, by
this reference, and Notice to Proceed is hereby
given.

SREP FOR FOSSIL CREEK REACH 4-1 REVEGETATION
PROJECT OBJECTIVE: To rehabilitate and/or enhance Fossil Creek from near its confluence
with Mail Creek downstream to Lemay Avenue (reach 4-1).
GENERAL
The following Scope of Services outlines the tasks required to complete the revegetation.
1 Task 1 – Revegetation
1.1 Wetland plugs, willows, and riparian shrub installation as needed. This task includes
plant materials and installation as needed. Additional wetland plugs and willows will be
installed along banks with little vegetation establishment. Riparian shrubs will be installed
along the fringe of the wetland areas where previous plantings were thin and/or did not
take.
1.2 Upland seeding on bare areas as needed. This task includes seeding upland bare areas
as needed.
1.3 Weed Control. This task includes 1-2 weed treatments as necessary.
2 Task 2 – Monitoring
2.1 Site Visit and project coordination. This task includes general coordination and additional
site visits.
