Job Description: Demo existing stairs, measure, fabricate, Galvanize, and install new staircase. The stringers will be made
using 12" channel. The guard rail and hand rail will be made using 1-1/4 grab pipe (1-5/8" OD). The treads will be 3" x 12"
channel in order for concrete to be poured into. The toe kicks will be made using .16 gauge steel to cover the entire
opening. Concrete to be poured by separate contractor, concrete not included.
